Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
1. Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Amendment Regulations 2004.
2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2004.3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Rates and
Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Regulations 1992*.[* Reprinted as at 2 February 2001.

Regulation 3 is repealed and the following regulation is inserted instead —

3. Maximum limit for rebate
The limit on the amount of rebate that an eligible
senior is to be allowed on a prescribed charge referred
to in section 40(9)(a) of the Act is the amount set in the
following Table for that charge for the rating year
during which the service to which the charge relates
