Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Amendment Regulations 2001.

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2001.

3.            Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3 of the Rates and Charges (Rebates and
Deferments) Regulations 1992* is amended as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (a), by deleting "30 June 1999 but not after " 30 June 2000 but not after 30 June 2001 ";

" $64.35 ";

(b)

in paragraph (a)(i), by deleting "$60.90" and inserting " $62.15 ";

(c)

in paragraph (a)(ii), by deleting "$98.55" and inserting " $100.55 ";

(d)

in paragraph (a)(iii), by deleting "$11.65" and inserting " $11.90 ";

(e)

in paragraph (b), by deleting "30 June 2000 but not after " 30 June 2001 but not after 30 June 2002 ";

(1) in paragraph (b)(i), by deleting "$62.15" and inserting

instead —

(g) in paragraph (b)(ii), by deleting "$100.55" and inserting instead -

(h)

in paragraph (b)(iii), by deleting "$11.90" and inserting " $12.30 ".
