RATES AND CHARGES (REBATES AND DEFERMENTS) ACT 1992

RATES AND CHARGES (REBATES AND DEFERMENTS) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1998

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments)

Regulation 4 repealed and a regulation substituted

2.  Regulation 4 of the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Regulations 1992* is

repealed and the following regulation is substituted —

"

Allowances prescribed for the purposes of section 23

4.  Under section 23 (1) (aa) (v) of the Act the following allowances are prescribed

for the purposes of section 23 of the Act —

(a) the Mature Age Allowance;
(b) the Mature Age Partner Allowance;
(c) the Parenting Allowance;
(d) the Partner Allowance; and

(e) the Widow Allowance.
