RATES AND CHARGES (REBATES AND DEFERMENTS)

AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1993

Made by the Lieutenant Governor and Deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Rates and Charges (Rebates and

Deferments) Amendment Regulations 1993.

Commencement

2. These regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1993.

Regulation 3 amended

3. Regulation 3 of the Rates and Charges (Rebates and Deferments) Regulations 1992* is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs —

(a) where the charge relates to the provision of a service during a rating year commencing after 30 June 1992 but not after 30 June 1993 —

(i) in the case of a charge for water supply . . . . $52.55;

(ii) in the case of a charge for sewerage $85.10;

(iii) in the case of a charge for drainage $9.45;

and

(b) where the charge relates to the provision of a service during a rating year commencing after 30 June 1993 but not after 30 June 1994 —

(i) in the case of a charge for water supply . . . . $54.35;

(ii) in the case of a charge for sewerage $88.00;

(iii) in the case of a charge for drainage $9.80. 1)
