1. The application does not disclose an arguable basis for successful challenge to the order made by Nettle J.  In the circumstances, it is futile to grant the relief claimed in the summonses filed on 18 November 2015 and 15 March 2016.  Special leave is refused.

2. Pursuant to r 41.10.5 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the summonses and the application.
