Application for approval of the Rangedale Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 - 2024
Rangedale Drainage Services Pty Ltd has made an application for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Rangedale Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 - 2024 (the Agreement) pursuant to s 185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). Despite its name, the Agreement is in fact a single enterprise agreement. Although the Agreement covers several employers, they are single interest employers within the meaning of s 172(5).
On the basis of the material contained in the application and accompanying declaration, I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss 186, 187 and 188 as are relevant to this application for approval has been met.
The Agreement was approved on 12 July 2022 and, in accordance with s 54, will operate from 19 July 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 December 2024.
