This Plan is Randwick Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at Coogee:

(a)	38 Dudley Street, being Lot 17, DP 6489,
(b)	40 Dudley Street, being Lot 18, DP 6489,
(c)	42 Dudley Street, being Lot 19, DP 6489,
(d)	44 Dudley Street, being Lot 20, DP 6489 and Lot 1, DP 952229,
(e)	46 Dudley Street, being Lot 2, DP 952229,
(f)	122 Mount Street, being Lot 22, DP 6489.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Randwick Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
