1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Randwick Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Consolidation)
(Amendment No 44).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to all the land to which Randwick Local
Environmental Plan 1998 (Consolidation) applies.
4 Amendment of Randwick Local Environmental Plan 1998 (Consolidation)
Clause 49 Definitions
Omit the definitions of attached dual occupancy, dwelling house and multi-unit housing.
Insert in alphabetical order:
attached dual occupancy means a building containing two (but not more than two) dwellings erected on the same allotment of land (not being an individual lot in a strata plan or community title scheme).
dwelling house means a dwelling:
| (a) | that is the only dwelling erected on an allotment of land (not being an individual lot in a strata plan or community title scheme), and |
| (b) | that may or may not be attached to not more than one other dwelling by a common wall. |
multi-unit housing means three or more dwellings,
whether or not attached.
