An Act to amend "The South Australian Railways

Commissioners Act, 1887."

HEREAS i t is expedient to amend "The South Australian Preamble.

7, Every Act now or hereafter in force for the regulation of the collection, receipt, or disbursement of moneys on account of the public service, or of the keeping or auditing of the public accounts, and all regulations made thereunder, shall, so far as the Governor may declare, apply to the Commissioners, as well as the South Australian Railway Commissioners as the Supply and Tcnder Board, and to all officers acting under their control.
