AN ACT to amend the Railways Classification Board

Act, 1920-1935.

[Assented to 9th January, 1946.]

RE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis-

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of -Western

Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by

the authority of the same, as follows:—

This Act may be cited as the Railways Classifica- tion Board Act Amendment Act, 1945, and, shall be read as one with the Railways Classification Board Act, 1920- 1935 (No. 38 of 1920 as amended by the Act No. 33 of 1935), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment

Section three of the principal Act is amended by deleting from subsection (2) the words "Railway and Tramway Officers' Industrial Union of Workers" where- ever they appear in the said subsection and inserting in lieu thereof in every such case the words "W.A. Rail- way Officers' Union."

Section six of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "Railway and Tramway Officers' Industrial Union of Workers" in lines three and four of the said section and inserting in lieu thereof the words "W.A. Railway Officers' Union."

subsection (2) of the said section and inserting in lieu

thereof the words "W.A. Railway Officers' Union."

Section nine of the principal Act is amended by deleting from paragraph (b) the words "Railway and Tramway Officers' Industrial Union of Workers" in lines four and five of the said paragraph (b) and inserting in lieu thereof the words "W.A. Railway Officers' Union."

Section twenty-two B of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "Railways and Tram- way Officers' Industrial Union of Workers" in lines two and three of the said section and inserting in lieu thereof the words "W.A. Railway Officers' Union."	of s. 2213.
