AN ACT to amend the Railways Amendment

Act, 1879.

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parlia- BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and

ment assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.     THIS Act may be cited as the Railways Amendment Act,

Short title and in-

1896, and shall be incorporated and be read as one Act with the	corporation.
Railways Amendment Act, 1879, and any Act amending the same.

2.      SECTION thirteen of the Railways Amendment Act, 1879, is

hereby amended by adding after the word " money," in the thirty-	Amendment of Sec.
13 of Railways
fourth line, the following words :—" or in the investment on mortgage	Amendment Act,
of freeholds in the said Colony or purchase of Municipal	1879.
Debentures."
