HEREAS it is expedient to authorise the Commissioner of Preamble.

showing the said lands have been depositeld in the office of the Surveyor-General at Adelaide-Be it therefore Enacted by the Governor of thc Province of South ~ u s t r a h, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows:

upon and take possession of all those pieces or parcels of land being p"laession of portion

works therean. hereto; and upon such land to construct, out of any moneys which have been cr hereafter may be voted by Parliament for such purposes, the said line of rails and other works as shown in the said plans: Provided, however, that nothing herein contained shall authorise the Commissioner of Railways to erect any buildings upon or to prevent public traffic ovrr any portion of the road or thoroughfare which forms a continuation in a northerly direction of the street known as Morphett-street.

for 1727 links; thence, 138' 27' for 523 links; thence west-south-westerly to its intersection with the northern bank of the River Totrens; thence in a south-westerly direction along said river bank, to the north-east side of the Railway Bridge; thence qorth-north-westerly along eastern side of said bridge and Railway Reserve CO the point of commencement.
