AN ACT to authorise the construction, maintenance, ana working of a siding in connection with the Govern- ment Railway at North Fremantle.

I3E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, .as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Railway Siding (North short title.

Fremantle) Act, 1922.

2.   It shall be lawful for the Great Southern Roller Authority to

Flour Mills, Limited, with the approval of the Council of construct

sid ing.

the North Fremantle Municipality and the Commissioner of Railways, to construct and maintain a railway siding across Victoria Avenue, Thompson Road, and Hugh Street, at North Fremantle, to connect with the Government Rail- way, and for the said Company under and subject to an agreement to be made with the Commissioner of Rail- ways, and for the Commissioner of Railways, to work such siding as a railway.
