AN ACT to give the Commissioner of Railways

power to appoint and dismiss certain classes

of Railway Servants.

[ Assented to, 22nd July, 1887. ]

Consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:- BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

1. THAT this Act may be cited as " The Railway Servants Short title.

2. THAT the Commissioner of Railways shall have the power Commissioner of
