AN ACT to give the Commissioner of Railways

power to appoint and dismiss certain classes

of Railway Servants.

Consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western

Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

THAT this Act may be cited as " The Railway Servants
