An Act to authorise certain Railway Deviations.

E it Enacted by thc Governor, with the advice and consent of

the Parliament of South Australia, as follows:

1, The Commissioner of Railways may, for the railways authorised Commissioner may

make deviations, and

by the Acts cited in the next section, take possession of the additional

lands delineated in the plans, dated the thirtieth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-six, deposited in the office of the Surveyor-General, at Adelaide, for the purposes of this Act, and thereon construct the railway deviations delineated in such plans, and make and maintain such buildings, works, and oon- veniencea as may be thought fit.

2. This Act shall be incorporated with The Petersburg and Inoorporation.

Border Railway Act, 1884," " The Port Pirie Railway Act," and the Act intituled An Act to provide for the formation of a Line of Railway from Gladstone to James Town."

3. This Act may be cited as
