An Act to amend the Railway Construction (East Hills to Campbelltown) Act 1983 to increase the estimated cost of construction of a railway from East Hills to Campbelltown. [Assented to 27 November 1986.]

Railway Construction (East Hills to Campbelltown) Amendment 1986

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows;

Short title

1.     This Act may be cited as the “Railway Construction (East Hills to

Campbelltown) Amendment Act 1986”.

2. The Railway Construction (East Hills to Campbelltown) Act 1983 is

amended by omitting from section 4 the matter	’$35,000,000” and by
inserting instead the matter “$65,500,000”.
