3. A Board of Advice for the assistance of the Commissioner is

4. The Minister may decide any matter in which the Com-

in like manner as by section 4 of the Act 512 of 189 1 is provided for the decision of differences between the Chairman and the other

5. The salary of the said Commissioner shall not exceed One

6. The Supply and Tender Board referred to in section 57 of

the principal Act shall, after the first day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five, be constituted of such persons as the Governor shdl appoint to be members thereof.

7. Nothing herein contained, or hereby implied, shall invalidate anything done by the Commissioners before the first day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety-five.
