The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Rail Safety National Law (Victoria) (Drug and Alcohol Controls) Regulations 2019 regarding devices prescribed for the purposes of oral fluid analysis and drug screening tests.

2Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 51 of the Rail Safety National Law Application Act 2013.

3Devices prescribed for the purposes of oral fluid analysis and drug screening tests

After regulation 15(e) of the Rail Safety National Law (Victoria) (Drug and Alcohol Controls) Regulations 2019[1] insert—

"(ea)   the oral fluid screening device known as the Quantisal Oral Fluid Collection Device;".
