Rail Safety National Law National Regulations (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2025

Made by the Governor’s Deputy of South Australia on the unanimous recommendation of the responsible Ministers and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that State on 26 June 2025.

Part 1 – Preliminary1.Citation

These regulations are the Rail Safety National Law National Regulations (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2025.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2025.

3.Amendment provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of specified regulations amends the regulations so specified.

Part 2 – Amendment of Rail Safety National Law National Regulations 2012

4.Amendment of Schedule 3 – Fees

• (1)

  Schedule 3, Part 1, table, item 1A — delete “$93 755” and substitute:

• (2)

  Schedule 3, Part 1, table, item 2 — delete the item

• (3)

  Schedule 3, Part 1, table, item 5 — delete the item

• (4)

  Schedule 3, Part 2, clause 1(1), table — delete the table in clause 1(1) and substitute:
