Made by the Governor of South Australia on the unanimous recommendation of the responsible Ministers and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that State on 27 June 2024.

Part 1 – Preliminary1.Citation

These regulations are the Rail Safety National Law National Regulations (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2024.

3.Amendment provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of specified regulations amends the regulations so specified.

Part 2 – Amendment of Rail Safety National Law National Regulations 20124.Amendment of Schedule 3 – Fees

• (1)

  Schedule 3, Part 1, table, item 1A—delete “$84 555” and substitute:

• (2)

  Schedule 3, Part 2, clause 1(1), table — delete the table in clause 1(1) and substitute:
