Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Rail Safety National Law National Regulations

(Application of Law) Variation Regulations 2019.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation—

(a)	at the same time as section 118 of the Rail Safety Legislation Amendment (National Services Delivery and Related Reforms) Act 2019 of Victoria comes into operation; or
(b)	on the day on which these regulations are made,

whichever occurs later.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.
