Rail Safety Amendment Regulations

(No. 3) 2011

l'hese regulations amend the Rail Safety Regulations 2011.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Rail Safety Amendment Regulations
(No. 3) 2011.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 December 2011.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

(1)	In Schedule 2 item 4 delete "0.0315" and insert:
0.0324
(2)	In Schedule 2 item 6 delete "0.0315" and insert:
