Rail Safety Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2000

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

" 23.71

These regulations may be cited as the Rail Safety Amendment
Regulations (No. 2) 2000.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2000.

3.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 to the Rail Safety Regulations 1999* is amended as follows:

(a)

in items 2 and 3 by deleting "93.30" and inserting " 96.86 ";

(b) in items 5 and 7 by deleting "21- and inserting

instead —

(c) in items 6 and 8 by deleting "0.02" and inserting

instead —

" 0.0247 ".
