Rail Safety Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Rail Safety Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Rail Safety
Regulations 1999*.

4.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 2 by deleting "89.60" and inserting instead — " 87.09 ";
(b)	by deleting item 3;
(c)	in item 5 by deleting "23.8794" and inserting instead — " 27.7664 ";
(d)	in item 6 by deleting "0.0214" and inserting instead — " 0.0249 ";
(e)	in item 7 by deleting "23.8794- and inserting instead —

" 25.9868 '';

(f) in item 8 by deleting "0.0214" and inserting instead — " 0.0249 ".
