Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Rail Safety

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Rail Safety
Regulations 1999*

3.            Regulation 10 amended

Regulation 10 is amended by deleting "Department of
Transport" and inserting instead -

Department for Planning and Infrastructure ".
