Rail Safety Act 1998

These regulations come into operation on 1 August 2001.

Rail Safety Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Rail Safety Amendment
Regulations 2001.

2.            Commencement

3.            Schedule 2 amended

Schedule 2 to the Rail Safety Regulations 1999* is amended as follows:

(a) in item 2 by deleting "96.86" and inserting instead —

" 100.14 ";

(b) in item 3 —

(i)     by deleting "(per hour)" and inserting instead — " (per hour after the first 3 hours) ";

(ii)     by deleting "96.86" and inserting instead — " 100.14 ";

(c) in item 5 by deleting "23.71" and inserting instead —

" 25.0712 ";

(d) in item 6 by deleting "0.0247" and inserting instead —

" 0.0275 ";

(e) in item 7 by deleting "23.71" and inserting instead

" 25.0712 ";

(f) in item 8 by deleting "0.0247" and inserting instead

" 0.0275 ".
