1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Rail Infrastructure (Derwent Valley Line) Order 2021. 2CommencementThis order takes effect on 17 December 2021. 3Principal ActIn this order, the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007 is referred to as the Principal Act. 4The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Rail Infrastructure Act 2007.
