Rail Freight System Regulations 2000

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Rail Freight System Regulations 2000.

2.Warrant to enter

The form set out in Schedule 1 is prescribed for the purposes of section 55(3)(a) of the Act.

I am satisfied that the entry is reasonably required and that — 

o__ entry has been refused or is opposed or prevented;

o__ entry cannot be obtained; or

o__ notice cannot be given under section 54 of the Act without unreasonable difficulty or without unreasonably delaying entry.
