| DETERMINATIONS MADE: | The Review Panel revokes the certificate of Medical Assessor Cameron dated 4 July 2021. The Review Panel adopts the whole person impairment assessment of Medical Assessor Cameron’s finding; (a) 4% WPI to the claimant’s left knee; (b) 5% WPI to the claimant’s right knee; (c) 0% WPI to the claimant’s lumbar spine, and (d) that the injuries to the claimant’s left ankle, left shoulder, thoracic spine and cervical spine were not caused by the accident. The Review Panel finds that the injury to the claimant’s right shoulder was caused by the accident. The Review Panel assesses the claimant’s whole person impairment of his right shoulder as 4%. The Review Panel assesses the total whole person impairment of the claimant on the combined tables as 13%. |
