Application for approval of the Lake Imaging Enterprise Agreement - Medical Reception Staff - Geelong Region - 2015.

[1] An application has been made for approval of an enterprise agreement known as the Lake Imaging Enterprise Agreement - Medical Reception Staff - Geelong Region - 2015 (the Agreement). The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). It has been made by Radploy Pty Ltd t/as Lake Imaging. The agreement is a single-enterprise agreement.

[2] I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

[3] This application contains a Conditional Termination of an Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA) under Item 18 of Schedule 3 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009 for one AWA that shall terminate when the Agreement comes into operation.

[4] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54, will operate from 17 April 2015. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 16 April 2019.
