Application for termination of the Lake Imaging (North Melbourne - Imaging Staff) Collective Agreement 2009.

[1] An application has been made for approval of a termination of the Lake Imaging (North Melbourne - Imaging Staff) Collective Agreement 2009. The application was made pursuant to Schedule 3, item 16 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009.

[2] At a hearing before me on 1 August 2013 I was satisfied the requirements of the Act were met.

[3] The Lake Imaging (North Melbourne - Imaging Staff) Collective Agreement 2009 is terminated effective 1 August 2013.
