Radiographers Registration Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Radiographers Registration Act 1971 .29 November 1999

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Radiographers Registration Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1999 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Radiographers Registration Regulations 1973 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 3 amended (Fees)Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from subregulation (1) "$20" and substituting "$50"; (b) by omitting from subregulation (2) "$18" and substituting "$80".

These regulations are administered in the Department of Health and Human Services.
