Tax) Regulations 2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Act 1983.

1. Amendment

1.1 The Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Regulations are

amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.1 Item 66, Column 3:

Omit “22,299”, substitute:

“in respect of a class A station licence —

in respect of a class B station licence —
