Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Act 1983.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 September 1988.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Regulations is amended:

(a) by omitting from Column 3 of item 66 “9,630” and substituting “19,260”;

(b) by omitting from Column 3 of item 67 “27” and substituting “54”.
