Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Act 1983.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Regulations is amended:

(a) by inserting after item 10 the following items:
“10a	Ancillary communications service network, Class A....	10,000
10b	Ancillary communications service network, Class b.....	100,000”;
(b) by omitting items 66, 67, 68 and 69 and substituting the following items:
“66	Multipoint distribution station, other than such a station in its capacity as a part of a licensed ancillary communications service network, Class B	19,260

 

67	Multipoint distribution repeater station, other than such a station in its capacity as a part of a licensed ancillary communications service network; Class B	54
68	Narrowband area station, Class A, other than such a station in its capacity as a part of a licensed ancillary communications service network, Class A	2,440 per 25KHz of bandwidth
69	Narrowband area station, Class B, other than such a station in its capacity as a part of a licensed ancillary communications network, Class A	255 per 175KHz of bandwidth’’.
