Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)

Dated 23 November 1992.

1.1 These Regulations commence on 1 December 1992.
2.1 The Radiocommunications (Transmitter Licence Tax) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.
3.1 Paragraphs 3a (2) (a) and 3a (2) (b):
Omit “$700,000.00” (wherever occurring), substitute “$708,400.00”.
3.2 Subregulation 3a (2b):
Omit “$700,000.00”, substitute “$708,400.00”.
