THE AUSTRALIAN COMMUNICATIONS AUTHORITY makes this determination under subsection 98 (1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Radiocommunications (Transmitter and Receiver Licences) Determination¹ is amended as set out in this determination.

Note:  This determination commences on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, ss 46A and 48.

2.   Schedule 2 (Receiver licences)

2.1   Add at the end of the Schedule:
