Radiocommunications (Test Permit Tax) Regulations (Repeal)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Radiocommunications (Test Permit Tax) Act 1983.

1.   Commencement

1.   These Regulations commence at the end of 30 June 1993.

2.. Repeal of the Radiocommunications (Test Permit Tax) Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1985 No. 198, 1986 No. 277, 1988 No. 309, 1989 No. 323, 1990 No. 360 and 1991 No. 389 are repealed.
