Radiocommunications (Test Permit Tax) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Radiocommunications (Test Permit Tax) Act 1983.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 December 1987.

Amount of tax

2. Regulation 2 of the Radiocommunications (Test Permit Tax) Regulations is amended by omitting “$55” and substituting “$59”.
