I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the

following Regulations under the Radiocommunications (Test Permit

Tax) Act 1983.

1. Commencement

Radiocommunications (Test Permit Tax) 1991 No. 389 2443

2. Amendment

2.1 The Radiocommunications (Test Permit Tax) Regulations are

amended as set out in these Regulations.

3. Regulation 2 (Amount of tax) 3.1 Omit "$73", substitute "$75".
