1. Name of Variation

This Variation is the Radiocommunications Spectrum Marketing Plan (500 MHz Band) 1996 Variation (No. 1) 2007.

1. Commencement

This Variation commences on the day after it is registered.

1. Variation of Radiocommunications Spectrum Marketing Plan (500 MHz Band) 1996

Schedule 1 varies the Radiocommunications Spectrum Marketing Plan (500 MHz Band) 1996.

Note   The 1996 Plan was made by the Spectrum Management Agency, which is now known as the Australian Communications and Media Authority.

1. Application of Variations

The variations made by Schedule 1 do not affect the validity of a spectrum licence issued before the commencement of the Radiocommunications Spectrum Marketing Plan (500 MHz Band) 1996 Variation (No. 1) 2007.

that are shown as struck through in Schedule 3, except those lots that are specified in paragraph (b).

(b)    ACMA may issue spectrum licences under the Radiocommunications Spectrum Conversion Plan (500 MHz Band) 1996 for:

(i)    lot numbers 345 to 349 and 372 to 376 in the table, part headed ‘Newcastle’, of Schedule 3; and

(ii)    lot numbers 399 to 403 and 426 to 430 in the table, part headed ‘Sydney’, of Schedule 3.
