This is theRadiocommunications (Spectrum Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2018 (No. 2).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 7(1) of the Radiocommunications (Spectrum Licence Tax) Act 1997.
