I, MITCH FIFIELD, Minister for Communications, having consulted with the Australian Communications and Media Authority, make the following notice under subsection 36(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992.

1  Name

This is the Radiocommunications (Spectrum Designation—27 GHz Band) Repeal Notice 2015.

2  Commencement

This instrument commences on 18 January 2016.

3Repeal of designation notice

The Radiocommunications (Spectrum Designation) Notice No. 1 of 2000 dated 31 May 2000 is repealed.

Note:          There is in force an unrelated instrument with the same name dated 14 January 2000 that is not repealed by this instrument.
