Radiocommunications (Spectrum Designation) Notice No. 1 of 2000

I, RICHARD KENNETH ROBERT ALSTON, Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, having consulted with the Australian Communications Authority, under subsection 36(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1992, designate the frequency band between 2302 MHz and 2400 MHz throughout Australia as part of the spectrum to be allocated by issuing spectrum licenses.

In this Notice, the range of numbers that identifies a frequency band includes the higher but not the lower number.
