Tax) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Act 1983.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 1 September 1988.

Amount of Tax

2. Regulation 3 of the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Regulations is amended by omitting “5” from Column 3 of item 11 in the table in subregulation (1) and substituting “10”.
