The Australian Communications and Media Authority makes the following determination under subsection 7(1) of the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Act 1983.

1  Name

This is the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2019 (No. 2).

2  Commencement

This instrument commences at the start of the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.

This instrument is made under subsection 7(1) of the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Act 1983.

4  Amendments

The instrument that is specified in Schedule 1 is amended as set out in the applicable items in that Schedule.

1  Note 2 to subsection 8(1)

Omit “as amended by the Amendment Determination”, substitute “as in force on or after the amendment day”.

2  Note 2 to subsection 8(2)

Omit “as amended by the Amendment Determination”, substitute “as in force on or after the amendment day”.

3  Note 2 to subsection 8(3)

Omit “as amended by the Amendment Determination”, substitute “as in force on or after the amendment day”.

Repeal the table (and the note), substitute:
