1. Name of Determination

This Determination is the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 2).

1. Commencement

This Determination commences on the last to occur of:

(a)   the date on which it is registered; and

(b)   immediately after the commencement of item 2 of Schedule 1 of the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1).

Note 1      Both of these events must occur before this Determination commences. 

Note 2      Item 2 of Schedule 1 of the Radiocommunications (Receiver Licence Tax) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1) will commence on 15 August 2012.

Note 3      All legislative instruments and compilations are registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments kept under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003. See
