Radiocommunications (Publication) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Radiocommunications Act 1983.

Publication of notices etc. under subsections 9 (2), 16 (3), 16 (4), 20 (1) and 66a (2) of the Act

Regulation 3 of the Radiocommunications (Publication) Regulations is amended by omitting subregulation (1) arid substituting the following subregulation:

“(1) A notice under subsection 9 (2), 16 (4), 20 (1) or 66a(2) of the Act shall be published in the Gazette”.
