After regulation 2 of the Radiocommunications (Licensing and General) Regulations the following regulation is inserted in Part II:
“2a. For the purposes of sub-section 9 (11) of the Act, the following are prescribed associations or bodies:
(a) Australian Telecommunications Commission;
(b) International Maritime Satellite Organization.”.
