Radiocommunications Licence Fees Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Radiocommunications Licence Fees Act 1982.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 September 1983.

Principal Regulations

2. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Radiocommunications Licence Fees Regulations.

Licence Fees

3. Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (2) “$15” (wherever occurring) and substituting “$30”; and

(b) by omitting from sub-regulation (7) “10 per cent” and substituting “15 per cent”.

 

Fees in respect of fixed stations, Class C

4. Regulation 3A of the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the table in sub-regulation (3) and substituting the following table:
